I ordered shade from you, but didn't receive any installation instructions. What can I do?

How do I clean my shades?

There used to a business called Bazaar Factory Outlet. Is that you?
Yes, back in the early 90s we changed our name from Bazaar Factory Outlet to Bazaar Home Decorating. We are still family owned and still offer the same great prices on quality merchandise that we always have.
Do you still have any old Del Mar pleated shade brackets?
Unfortunately, we do not have any Del Mar pleated shade brackets left. Our stock ran out about 5 years ago. We got as many brackets as we could before Del Mar went out of business. If you would like to purchase another bracket you can go to fixmyblinds.com and buy new brackets. Otherwise, the only other option would be to buy a new shade.
I have never been to your store before. Should I schedule a Shop At Home Appointment or come into the store first?
If you are unable to make it into our store, it is perfectly fine to schedule a Shop At Home appointment. We will come out and bring our samples to you to see in the home. However, we do recommend coming into our store and see all of the options that are now available to you in a full display. The salesperson that you work with in the store can then come out to your house and bring the samples that you are interested in. At that time they can give you a color consultation and measure your windows all at one time. This works for any type of window treatment you are interested in!
I see that you are Hunter Douglas Gallery Dealer. What is the difference between you and other Hunter Douglas retailers in the area?
There are two major advantages to shopping a Hunter Douglas Gallery store versus an other Hunter Douglas dealer. First is that we a large display environment. This enables us to show you a full size display of all the products that Hunter Douglas offers. Second is that we have all the colors available that the particular product comes in. That way you can truly choose the correct color to fit your room. As a Gallery dealer we are also able to offer you the Right Choice Promise. This enables you to switch out your Hunter Douglas product to a different product for a minimal charge within the first 40 days of owning it. Please see store for more details.
I see that you sell all your in-stock fabric at 50% OFF suggested retail price. How are you able to do this?
We are able to sell our fabrics at 50% off the suggested retail price because we buy all our first quality fabrics directly from the mill, so we eliminate the middle man.
