It’s a new year, and we’re so ready for the fresh start and excitement that comes along with it! A few weeks ago, the Pantone Color Institute announced the color of the year 2021. This is something we’ve been looking forward to sharing with you since we wrote about the color trends this fall. This year, instead of one color, they chose a pair! Illuminating is a bright, vibrant yellow and Ultimate Gray is a soft, cozy neutral.
There’s Always a Story
The color of the year 2021 is not just a random color that they chose off a list. Rather, this yellow was carefully and intentionally selected to look like sunshine after the storm of a year we all just faced in 2020. The gray is a good way to balance out the brightness of Illuminating to bring you a stunning pair of happiness and coziness to add to your home.
